KURRENT SERVICES ADDENDUM
This Kurrent Services Addendum (this “Addendum") is entered into in connection with the Enterprise Master Agreement Terms and Conditions located at https://www.kurrent.io/terms/agreements/master_agreement (the “Master T&Cs”) and sets forth additional terms and conditions related to Customer’s use or purchase of any Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings set forth in the Master T&Cs.
1. Licensed Software
1.1 Performance and Services Deliverables. Kurrent will perform Services as described in the applicable Order Form. Customer will give Kurrent timely access to Customer Materials reasonably needed for Services, and Kurrent will use the Customer Materials only for purposes of providing Services. Subject to this Agreement, Kurrent hereby grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right and license to use Services Deliverables only in connection with Customer’s authorized use of the Kurrent Products or other Kurrent software, as applicable.
1.2 Training Materials. Customer may not make recordings of any training materials (e.g., course slides, on-demand videos, training exercises and labs) provided in connection with any Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer participants attending any trainings may retain one copy of such training materials for personal use only.
1.3 Expenses. Fees for Services do not include travel and related expenses incurred as a result of delivering the Services, and Customer will be responsible for such travel and related expenses unless indicated otherwise in the applicable Order Form.
1.4 Services Warranty. Kurrent warrants that the Services will be provided in a professional and workmanlike manner (the “Services Warranty”). Kurrent will use reasonable efforts to correct a verified breach of the Services Warranty reported by Customer. If Kurrent fails to do so within 30 days after Customer's warranty report, then either party may terminate the applicable Order Form as it relates to the non-conforming Services, in which case Kurrent will provide Customer a pro rata refund of any prepaid fees for the non-conforming Services. To receive these remedies, Customer must report a breach of warranty in reasonable detail within 30 days after discovering the issue in the relevant Services. These procedures are Customer’s exclusive remedies and Kurrent’s sole liability for breach of the Services Warranty.
